• Why can't I pay the Council Tax quarterly?
• If we turn our clocks back at the end of October (18 weeks after the summer solstice), why do we put our clocks forward at the end of March (12 weeks before the summer solstice)? i.e. what is wrong with the middle of February (18 weeks before the summer solstice)???
